Yes, you can update details or make a payment at your convenience without having to come into the Centre.
You will receive a few emails from our portal confirming your purchase and steps on what to do next. You will need to activate your membership within the Centre. You can call to book a time or come in and wait at Reception.
Only one of the adults of a family membership can be booked into a group fitness class. The other person can be booked in over the phone or at Reception. We apologise for this current software limitation.
Come to the Centre a little bit before your class time, take your membership tag to Reception and you will be tagged into the class and receive a ticket for proof of entry. If you have a visit pass allowing access to Group Fitness, please create a web account on our Membership Portal if you haven’t already. Then select Group Fitness to view the timetable for the next 24 hours, select your class and ‘join that session’. The page will show you how many visits you have left on the pass currently.
Go back to the portal and select the class you have joined, it will give you the option to cancel that admission. If you are a visit pass holder it will restore that visit back to your pass.
You can join 24 hours before the class start.
You will need to cancel within the Envibe application onsite and not on the portal.
