Eligibility

To qualify for the 15% corporate discount, your company or organisation needs at least five employees to sign up. If you have staff who are already members of SWSC, you can include them in your minimum of five employees.

If you don't have the minimum five employees to sign up, please contact us to discuss other membership options.

Terms and Conditions of Corporate Membership

    To be eligible for the Corporate Membership, an organisation must meet the following criteria:
  • If requested, you will provide supporting evidence of the number of employees within your employ.
  • Have a minimum of five employees with completed membership forms at the initial sign-up process for the Corporate Member discount to be applied.
  • The South West Sports Centre must be the sole provider of a Corporate Membership program, or similar program, to your organisation.
  • Approved organisations agree not to promote the services of any other fitness provider to their employees.
  • Approved organisations agree to promote the South West Sports Centre through their internal communication channels including but not limited to:
    • Posters and flyers displayed in staff rooms and staff areas.
    • Staff intranet, staff newsletter, or other digital platforms (where available).
  • The Corporate Membership Agreement must be signed by an authorised officer that makes employee benefit decisions on behalf of the organisation.
  • The City of Bunbury/South West Sports Centre reserves the right to remove any organisation from the approved list at any time. You will be informed if this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that any discount is no longer applicable.
  • The City of Bunbury reserves the right to change the membership discount at any time. You will be informed if and when this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that the discount has changed. The City of Bunbury will inform any current members.
  • The City of Bunbury reserves the right to change the benefits of the Corporate Membership program at any time. You will be informed if and when this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that the program has changed.
  • Employees of an approved organisation can only access one membership discount type. For example, they cannot access a concession discount on top of a Corporate Membership discount.
  • Employees of an approved organisation may not be eligible for promotions offered at South West Sports Centre.
  • At the time of sign-up, your employees must present evidence of their employment to receive their corporate membership discount. This may include a payslip (dated within the last four weeks), a staff ID card, or a letter of employment. The South West Sports Centre staff will run annual checks to ensure individuals are still eligible for the Corporate Membership discount.
  • Any breach of terms and conditions could result in the organisation being removed from the approved Corporate Membership list.
  • Normal membership terms and conditions apply and patrons are required to abide by the South West Sports Centre’s Conditions of Entry.
