  4. School Group Visits

Visiting a working gallery in-person is an invaluable experience for students of Visual Art.  It is an opportunity for educators to practice responding to artworks in-situ with students, discuss the conventions of presenting finished artworks, and can inform the student's creative process when back in the classroom.

Guided tours are limited to 15 students per group.  Monday and Tuesday are allocated days for school group tours, although you may visit the gallery anytime during our opening hours.

We offer 1-hour tours of our major survey exhibitions including;

  • South West Art Now
  • Bunbury Biennale
  • Noongar Country
  • Iluka Visions

Minor exhibitions may be toured upon request. See what is on at the gallery viewing our current exhibitions. Guided gallery tours can also be combined with a self-guided building history tour, or a workshop in the BRAG studio, please get in contact if you are interested in a workshop.

All school group visits must be booked 6 weeks in advance, guided or self-guided.
