Before or after this event, we invite you to explore our beautiful park, talk to the birds as they land on your shoulder, smile with the quokkas, hand-feed the farm animals, marvel at the dingoes Mezzie and Fire, watch Sherman the wombat, dance with the cockatoos and wonder at the other amazing Australian wildlife.
Please note: Normal entry fees apply in addition to the cost of this unique experience. Park entry fees can be paid at Reception upon arrival.

- Minimum age for this experience is 8 years of age
- Participants aged 8 - 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Normal park entry fees apply to the accompanying adult.
- Enclosed shoes are required eg. sneakers, boots
- The well-being of our animals will be monitored throughout the encounter. We reserve the right to cancel the encounter at anytime should the keeper deem any of our animals to be showing signs of distress.
SAFETY
- The safety and wellbeing of our animals and guests is our priority. Please follow the instructions of our Keepers at all times.
- Please do not attempt to pat or touch the animals, unless instructed by the keepers
- Enclosed shoes are required
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Bookings for animal encounters are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
- Refunds will not be given for cancellations made by the purchaser.
- Animal encounters are subject to cancellation in extreme weather conditions and/or for animal welfare reasons.
