This March, the South West Sports Centre (SWSC) is excited to offer all members a free pass to try out Les Mills™ GRIT.
Les Mills™ GRIT is a series of 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to rapidly improve strength and cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. Each session combines HIIT with powerful music and motivation to encourage you to safely push your limits and achieve incredible results.
Les Mills™ GRIT workouts are held at South West Sports Centre Bunbury on Monday and Wednesday at 9am, and Tuesday 5:15pm
