Payments are made in manageable fortnightly installments, making it easier than ever to invest in your health and fitness.

Direct debit payment plans are only available for existing South West Sports Centre membership holders, purchasing a 12 session Personal Training Package.

Payments are collected by Ezidebit, our third party direct debit payment provider. Your first payment is paid upfront at the time of signing up.

  • Why are the fortnightly payments higher the more sessions I do per week?

    The more sessions you do per week, the faster you’ll use up your 12 session package.  You need to complete your payments in line with when you complete your 12 sessions.

    Who is Ezidebit?

    Ezidebit is a service that many Australian business use to help collect payments from their customers.  In some cases, Ezidebit will appear on your bank statement instead of South West Sports Centre.

  • CANCELLATIONS - should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client
  • LATE ARRIVALS - Each session shall be 30 or 60 minutes in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client
