This class blends gentle movement and mindful breathing in a supportive environment. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, join in for a fun and welcoming session. So get ready to breathe, stretch, and feel good!
After yoga, enjoy a pawsitvely healing pet therapy session to help boost your mood. Pat or walk the greyhounds and chat with volunteers from Greyhound Pets for Life.
It's the perfect way to unwind and de-stress.

- Pet Therapy (11.30am to 12.30pm)
Please bring a water bottle, and yoga mat.
