CinefestOZ will be again rolling out the red carpet in Bunbury in September.
The nine-day film festival supported by the City of Bunbury through its Grant Program includes a free community screening at Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre, ticketed Deadly Film Day at the Bunbury Rowing Club and a handful of films showing at HOYTS Bunbury.
Head to the museum on Saturday 7 September for a feast of free feature, documentary and short films to share the magic of homegrown stories from Australian creatives.
These free events are held in accessible venues for locals to enjoy at their leisure.

The Deadly Day on Wednesday 4 September will shine a spotlight on our magnificent First Nations filmmakers, artists, performers, and storytellers.

Four films will be screened during the festival at HOYTS Bunbury. From Aussie cult classic Mad Max to the short film Duck Soup there is something for everyone. There will also be a special preview screening of the film Runt on opening night, Saturday 31 August, that is not to be missed.
CinefestOz will run from Saturday 31 August to Sunday 8 September.
