Koolambidi Woola (Youth Services Building) is available for use by youth/ community groups, private and commercial entities.

Booking process
Step 1: Confirm availability via phone or email.
Step 2: Complete booking from below ensuring all sections is completed. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Step 3: Once your booking application has been assessed, staff will respond in writing within three business days to either confirm or advise of additional requirements and any fees if applicable.
Step 4: Once your booking has been confirmed and payment (if applicable) received, you will receive a confirmation letter.
Cancellations or Changes: To avoid charges, please advise staff no later than seven days prior to your booking date.
