The City of Bunbury has received a Local Development Plan for the above site. The purpose of a Local Development Plan is to guide and coordinate development and design outcomes for a particular site. The proposed Local Development Plan will control vehicle access, noise, dwelling orientation and waste management.
Details of the proposal are available to the public via the below-listed attachments, and hard copies will also be available for viewing at the City of Bunbury offices located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8:30am to 5pm weekdays).
