The City of Bunbury has received a proposal for a Local Development Plan.
The purpose of a Local Development Plan is to guide and coordinate development and design outcomes for a particular site. The proposed Local Development Plan will control vehicle access, noise, dwelling orientation and built form design, fencing and waste management.
Details of the proposal are available to the public via the below attachments and hard copies will also be available for viewing at the City of Bunbury offices located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am to 5pm weekdays).
Public Comments / Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on the Tuesday 28 January 2025.
