Lillydale Road upgrades

As part of the City’s ongoing program of upgrading its infrastructure, Lillydale Road will undergo road improvement works this month.

These essential works will begin Wednesday 8 May with the project expected to be completed by the end of June.

Upgrades include shoulder widening works with a full asphalt reseal with extended asphalt shoulders. This project will increase the safety and ease of road users traveling between Bussell Highway and Parade Road.

Lillydale Road will remain closed to traffic for the duration of the works from the Parade Road and Lillydale Road (formerly Centenary Road) roundabout through to Bussell Highway.

Please note these upgrades do not form part of the works already undertaken by Southern Gateway Alliance as part of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road project.
