Host families wanted for Japanese exchange

City of Bunbury is accepting expression of interest for host families wanting to take part in this year's Good Will Student Tour from Japan!

We will be welcoming a group of visiting Japanese primary school students to Bunbury from our Sister City in Japan, Setagaya.

The group and their chaperones will be in Bunbury from Friday 1 November to Monday 4 November.

We are looking for host families to take in a pair of students or chaperone and give them a taste of the Bunbury way of life.

This is a great experience for the whole family to enjoy and an opportunity to create a new international relationship. If you are interested in applying please fill out the form below - either using the online application or print out the hardcopy.

Applications close 5pm 16 October - Working with Children Check and National Police Clearances due 5pm 23 October.

Anyone over the age of 18 living within the applicant's home must possess a current Working with Children Check (City of Bunbury will cover this cost) Anyone over the age of 18 living within the applicant's home must possess a National Police clearance (City of Bunbury will cover this cost) Please do not complete the Australia Post National Police Clearance - the relevant form is attached.
