There would be very few people in Bunbury who haven’t heard of the Fiore family – a name synonymous with the iconic Mangles Corner Store.

Pauline and Frank Fiore have been at the helm of the popular South Bunbury deli since taking ownership in 1986. Frank’s dream was to own a deli and they’ve been living that dream ever since.
The duo also raised a young family while running the business eventually becoming parents to four children who would go on to help mum and dad at the store. The tight-knit family all live in Bunbury with daughters Brooke and Nadine fronting Brooke Fiore for Hair next door to their parents’ shop.
Fondly referring to the store as their “living room’ Frank and Pauline have built a close relationship with the community over 33 years by making everyone feel welcomed and a part of the family.
Helping others in the community is the core of their business and if there is anything they can do to make life easier for their busy community they’ll do it. As they say, food is a happy place for people!
Especially their award-winning sausage rolls which have been named the second best in the State. The deli is also famous for its selection of homemade fare and is THE place to go for a delicious grab-and-go meal.
As one of the last remaining delis in the South West the Fiores have had to adapt and evolve over the years but it is their customer service and dedication to their customers that has allowed them to flourish.
The Fiores are also grateful to the staff they have employed over the years with many becoming friends and popping in to say hello once they have moved on. Frank and Pauline say they learn as much from their young employees as they learn from them.
Both Pauline and Frank grew up in the regional towns but have called Bunbury home for most of their lives enjoying the proximity to the beach and bush allowing them to do the things they love.
They believe the people are at the heart of Bunbury’s charm and if you want to give something a go Bunbury is the best place to do so.
Now grandparents Pauline and Frank show no signs of slowing down and are still familiar faces behind the store counter.
Plans for the future include keeping the store ticking over and building a recently Council-approved drive-through coffee service which has been welcomed by the community.
