The City of Bunbury gives notice of its intention to make the Parking Amendment Local Law, the purpose of which is to amend the existing Parking a Local Law 2023 in line with the undertakings provided to the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation by Council on 26 September 2023.

The effect of the local law is the ability for the City to continue to apply the Principal Local Law without it being disallowed by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.
A copy of the proposed law may be inspected by downloading it below or can also be viewed in person at the City of Bunbury Administration building, 4 Stephen Street.
Submissions on the proposed laws may be made addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, via either post or email to records@bunbury.wa.gov.au
Submissions are to be received by Wednesday 20 December 2023.
