The City will enter into a sale and development agreement for an impressive hotel development in the CBD after Bunbury City Council supported the proposal.

The proposal for Lot 3 Blair Street outlines a 12-storey accommodation development, complete with restaurants, bars, swimming pool, playground and a rooftop lounge.
Renowned architecture firm Scanlan Architects has provided a vision for the site that will take full advantage of the existing community infrastructure and greatly enhance the City’s accommodation offering and reputation.
This parcel of land was previously identified as a suitable development opportunity to further transform our CBD.
This is an exciting time for Bunbury, showing confidence in our amazing City continues to grow.
With the property currently used for parking, the City will now investigate alternative parking arrangements within the CBD to allow for this significant development.
Proceeds of any sale would be held in reserve to support additional CBD parking requirements.
