The City of Bunbury gives notice that the new Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2023 will come into operation from 7 November 2023.
The purpose of the new Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2023 is to repeal the existing Establishment, Maintenance and Equipment of Bush Fire Brigades Local Law and to establish the requirements and conditions with which any volunteers acting on behalf of the Bush Fire Brigade must comply.
The effect of the new local law is to provide for the regulation, control and management of Bush Fire Brigades within the City of Bunbury.
The new local law may be obtained by downloading it below or can also be viewed in person at the City of Bunbury Administration building, 4 Stephen Street.
