Notice is hereby given that the City of Bunbury has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of revising the Scheme.

A copy of the amendment document setting out and explaining the proposals is available for viewing during office hours at the City of Bunbury Administration Offices located at 4 Stephen Street Bunbury, up to and including 7 June 2023.

Alternatively the document (and submission form) can be downloaded at the links below.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be made in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected (if relevant) and details of the submission and lodged with the City on or before close of business on 7 June 2023.
