Bellemore Park is getting an upgrade

Bellemore Park is the latest Bunbury playground to be getting an upgrade with construction set to start soon!

This popular community space in South Bunbury will be further enhanced to complement the existing educational bicycle track and natural surrounds at the park.

The current playground equipment will be replaced with some fun and interactive elements such as a cable way, swing, talk tubes, slides, balance log and a heap more.

It will also include soft fall matting for added safety, new border edging and components for children of all ages and abilities.

The City has engaged locals Active Discovery for the project with construction set to start the week of 24 July and expected to take about three weeks to complete.

During construction, the playground area will be closed to the public but the rest of Bellemore Park will be available for use.
