Our family history expert, Barbara Rae, relays a case study in family history detective work with handy resources and tricks of the trade.

Join us to escape the winter weather and hear from seasoned storytellers and experts sharing the lesser-known tales of Bunbury’s histories with our Winter Warmer program.

Our presenter for this session is Barbara Rae.

Date: Sunday 18 August 2024

Time: 1:30pm to 2:30pm

Free entry, RSVPs via Eventbrite are encouraged.

This week we join Bunbury Museum's resident family history expert, Barbara Rae, to learn how to answer those puzzling questions that pop up during family history research. Barbara will use an example of a photograph from our collection labelled with details that just didn't look right, and take you through the resources and skills she used to unlock the real story behind it.
