VendorPanel has two parts to it that may be of interest to local businesses.
Tenders (purchases greater than $250,000)
All tenders, pre-qualified supplier panels and expressions of interest are advertised on the City’s tender portal VendorPanel. Registration is simple and cost free. Tenders are also publicly advertised in the West Australian newspaper in the Local Government section of the Classifieds.
Requests for Quotation (purchases less than $250,000)
The City of Bunbury uses VendorPanel e-Quotes for purchases less than $250,000.
Registration is simple and cost free. To have your business included on VendorPanel Marketplace, all you need to do is sign up and create a profile. When opportunities arise that fit with your business category you will appear as a relevant supplier and may be invited to quote via email.

If the City requests a quotation or tender from your business, you’ll be notified via email and can easily review our request and securely submit your quotation/tender through VendorPanel, just follow the prompts.
