The BA13 Application for Building Approval Certificate will need to be accompanied with the BA18 Certificate of Building Compliance (BA18 CBC) for the City to consider approval.
You may require additional approvals, including Development Approval, applicable fees may apply.
You will need to engage in a private Building Surveyor Contractor to obtain the BA18 CBC. Refer to the DMIRS link below.
