The Museum was a packed house on Thursday 18 April to celebrate the newest exhibition Enjoying Our Waterfront: Since Forever and award ceremony.

With Cuprum Distillery serving up Captain Coffin rum cocktails at their pop-up bar, and The Castaway Shantymen providing the perfect soundtrack for exploring this nautical exhibition - the night was not to be missed!

The exhibition features around 100 community-submitted images that are beautiful and highly varied, reflecting the many ways people have enjoyed our waterfront over time.

The judges awarded the Junior Photographer award to Dylan Addy for his entry Friends on the Jetty, and the Open Category award was presented to Jodie Deeley for her playful entry, Winter Walks.

All the entries are on display and can be voted on for The People’s Choice award to be announced upon the exhibition's closure in August. To view the photographs, visit the Bunbury Museum Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm.

Thank you to our sponsors South West Development Commission, Transforming Bunbury's Waterfront, and the City of Bunbury.

Thank you to everyone who attended and congratulations to our award winners.
