Our Town Planning scheme requires that approvals are gained for all land developments other than single residential. Choosing the right form will assist you in submitting a complete application and result in faster processing of your application.
The City encourages applicants to submit applications in electronic format where possible (applicants will need to submit a CD for attachments 10MB or larger, otherwise email completed application documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org ). Where plans are A2 size or larger, applicants should also submit two sets of hard copies of plans to assist with processing the application in a timely manner.
All development applications require a copy of the Certificate of Title to be submitted as part of a complete application. This can be obtained via Landgate.
