Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.

Comments from relevant neighbours are invited in relation to the following variation:

  • The proposed outbuilding has a wall height of 3 metres and a ridge height of 3.4m in lieu of a maximum outbuilding height of 2.7m and ridge height of 4.2m.

  • The proposed northern patio has a nil lot boundary setback bordering 23A Eedle Street, Carey Park in lieu of a 1m setback requirement. 

  • The existing and proposed outbuildings have a total site area of 53.1m2 in lieu of the following requirements of the R-Codes and LPP 3.5:

“Outbuildings collectively shall not exceed 10% in aggregate of the site area or 60m2 in area, whichever is the lesser.”

Submissions are currently open to make comment on the development application.
