DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

LOT4669 FORREST AVENUE – JAYCEE PARK, CAREY PARK – PROPOSED SWAMS HEALTH HUB & CULTURAL PARK

 

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.

 

A development application from MCG Architects, on behalf of South West Aboriginal Medical Services, for ‘Medical Centre’ (Health Hub) and ‘Community Purpose’ (Community Centre) at Lot 4669 Forrest Avenue, Carey Park. The proposal provides for multi-functional health services and a community hub, including community meeting and function rooms, a café, medical, dental, mental health, social work, child health facilities, youth facilities, meeting rooms, staff offices and various ancillary uses. The eastern portion of the existing site will be redeveloped as an indigenous park.

 

This application will be determined by the Joint Development Assessment Panel.​

 

The relevant submission form and document hard copies are available for viewing at the City of Bunbury offices located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am - 5pm weekdays) or electronically via the following attachments up to and including Monday 1 June 2020.
