Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.
 
The property has a previous temporary (5 year) development approval to operate as Geographe Sandblasting, which operates as an industrial sandblasting and spray-painting business. This development application is to consider the same application for a permanent development approval. The proposed operating hours are 7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am-4.00pm Saturday.
 
The subject lot is soon to be redesignated from Industry zone to Light Industrial zone under the City of Bunbury’s Local Planning Scheme 8 (LPS8), under which the only permitted industrial use is ‘Industry – Light’.

Documents are available for viewing at the City of Bunbury No. 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am - 5pm weekdays) up to and including Monday 22 January 2018.
 
Submissions are currently open to make comment on the development application.
